Refund Policy

We kindly request our guests to understand that due to our comprehensive consultation process, we do not offer refunds for any of our services. However, to ensure your continued satisfaction and a convenient appointment time, we would be happy to assist you in pre-booking your next visit with us.

Late/ Cancellations

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and we appreciate your understanding in such cases. In the event that you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate your service and make the most of your appointment time. However, please note that rescheduling may be necessary. To ensure the best possible service for all of our guests, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice in case of a cancellation. This will allow us to offer your appointment time to someone else in need.

At Aventura Salon, we are proud to offer high-quality services that are in high demand. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, we would be happy to help. Please note, missed appointments or cancellations without proper notice will require a credit card to secure the next booking. For a second missed appointment, there will be a 50% fee of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you soon.


At Aventura Salon, we believe that the consultation stage is the foundation of a truly excellent service experience. Our goal is to provide personalized care to each of our guests, and to achieve this, we take the time to listen to your needs and desires. Our stylists will have a discussion with you, to gain an understanding of any allergies, medical conditions or concerns you may have. This allows us to provide the most suitable and satisfying service. Our stylists will also provide recommendations on product use and routine maintenance to ensure the longevity of your service. Prior to beginning the service, we will explain the process and the products used, and provide accurate pricing and time estimates, if applicable. It’s important to note that some service requests may require multiple visits.


At Aventura Salon, we aim to ensure that our guests are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a product, we would be more than happy to assist you in making an exchange within seven days of purchase. Our team is dedicated to finding the perfect solution for you, and we are confident that we will be able to meet your needs. Please note that promotional pricing will not be extended for any exchanges.

Guest Safety

We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and relaxing environment for all of our guests and staff. To ensure the best possible experience, only the person receiving the service will be allowed on the styling floor. We ask that other guests wait in the reception area. Additionally, for the safety of our young guests, children are not permitted in the spa or nail area and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cell phones and Electronic devices:

We kindly request that our guests kindly silence their phones, switch them to vibrate, or turn them off during their visit with us, in order to promote a relaxing and peaceful environment for everyone. We also kindly request that any two-way communication devices be turned off to fully immerse in the spa experience.
